For All Paying Registrants
Payment, both domestic and international, must be received on or before October
22, 2007. No attendee will be admitted into the summit without payment. A
registrant may substitute a different person in their place at any time.
A $50 processing fee will be deducted from the full refund for cancellations
made on or before August 23, 2007. Cancellations after August 23, 2007, but
before September 8, 2007, will be refunded 50% of the paid registration fee,
with no additional processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations
on or after September 8, 2007. There will be no refunds or credits for registrants
who do not attend the conference without notice. Notice of cancellation must
be made in writing
